Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC)
The Oklahoma Baptist University Student-Athlete Advisory Committee was established in 2013 to provide a formal mechanism for communication between student-athletes and the athletic administration, to promote public and community service activities among student-athletes, and to develop program ideas that will enhance the personal development of all student-athletes at Oklahoma Baptist University.

Provided below is important educational material, forms and links regarding participation in intercollegiate athletics at Oklahoma Baptist University.
 
Eligibility

Gambling (NCAA Bylaw: 10.02.1 - Sports Wagering)
Sports wagering includes placing, accepting or soliciting a wager (on staff member's or student athlete's own behalf or on the behalf of others) of any type with any individual or organization on ant intercollegiate, amateur or professional team or contest.  Examples of sports wagering include, but are not limited to, the use of a bookmaker or parlay card; internet sports wagering; auctions in which bids are placed on teams, individuals or contests; and pools or fantast leagues in which an entry fee is required and there is an opportunity to win a prize.
 
Drug Policy (NCAA Bylaw 11.1.4 - Use of Tobacco Products)
The use of tobacco products is prohibited by all game personnel (coaches, trainers, managers, and game officials) in all sports during practice and competition.  Uniform penalties( as determined by the applicable rules-making committees and sports committees with rules-making responsibility) shall be established for such use.

Additional Links Complimentary Ticket Admissions (Comp Tickets)
Student-athletes are permitted to receive up to four (4) complimentary tickets for home competitions. Student-athletes must log onto their Jumpforward account and add guests to receive the tickets.

Complimentary Tickets Procedure:
  1. Student-athletes must first log into their Jumpforward account three (3) days prior to competition.
  2. Student-athletes may then add names to their list through the "add guest" tab.
    • Guest must be added to the list to receive a ticket.
    • Guest name must be added to individual game to receive tickets for that game.
    • Student-athlete is responsible for notifying the individual(s) on their list to pick up their tickets.
  3. Individuals guests must present their ID at Will Call (Noble Complex, Crain Family Stadium at the Hurt Complex).
