ALVA, Okla. – The OBU women's soccer team won its second straight match Thursday night, defeating the Northwestern Oklahoma State, 3-2, in an overtime thriller. With the victory, OBU split the regular season series with the Rangers with the road teams having won each match.

Reagan Mann opened up the scoring for the Bison with a penalty kick goal in the first half. This was Mann's seventh goal on the season. She is now third on the team with 14 overall points.

Morgan Krispense scored her second goal on the season early in the second half to give the Bison a 2-1 lead.

The Rangers were able to tie up the game with a late goal in the second to set up the second overtime in a row in this series.

Tori Kitchel scored to seal the win for the Bison. Kitchel is now tied with
Ruth King with eight goals on the season.

Up next for OBU is a winner-take-all matchup with Southwestern Oklahoma State on Saturday in Weatherford. The the winner will clinch the Great American Conference regular season crown have the honor of hosting the GAC tournament. Kickoff between the Bison and Lady Bulldogs is scheduled for 11 a.m.
