SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist fell 3-2 to Oklahoma Christian Thursday night after a 91-minute lightning delay.

The Bison scored first on a long shot from the left by
Bruno Ferreira in the ninth minute.

Thomas van der Meulen scored in the 16
th minute to tie the score for Oklahoma Christian.

Alejandro Castillo scored on a penalty kick in the 32
nd minute for a 2-1 OBU advantage.

A Bison ejection left OBU down a man for the entire second half and two men after an injury, Oklahoma Christian got a Garrett Blume goal to tie the match at 2-2 in the 64
th minute.

The Bison allowed the game-winner on a Matheus Mantovani corner shot to the top right corner.

OBU had 15 shots for the match, led by Ferreira, who put all four of his shots on goal.
