Ruth King punished Southern Nazarene with four goals in Oklahoma Baptist's 5-0 win over the Crimson Storm in the women's soccer rivalry matchup Tuesday.

King had a hat trick in the 15
th minute of the contest and added the final score of the night in the second half.

King took a cross from
Tori Kitchel on the left side and blasted the ball into the net for a 1-0 lead in the 10
th minute.
Hannah White got King the ball and King beat a defender and took a shot into the upper left corner for a 2-0 lead just 52 seconds later.

After taking the ball off a pass from Jen Goethe, King went bottom left for her third goal and a 3-0 Lady Bison lead with 14:42 gone in the match.

In the second half, Kitchel beat a defender and scored into the top left corner for a 4-0 lead in the 47
th minute.

King collected a header from
Reagan Mann in front of the net and scored in the 61
st minute.

OBU sizzled with 46 shots on the night, compared to five for SNU. Eighteen of those were on goal.

Kitchel took eight shots with King and White launching six each.
Halle Hill took seven shots, coming off the bench. Kitchel put six shots on goal with King's four right behind.

Emily Griffith and
Sam Engles each spent a half in goal for the Lady Bison. Engles had three saves and Griffith had two for the team shutout.

Now 5-4 overall and 3-0 in the Great American Conference, the Lady Bison play at 4 p.m. at East Central in Ada Thursday. OBU does not return home until ECU visits Oct. 20.
