COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Oklahoma Baptist lacrosse fell to Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference opponent University of Colorado at Colorado Springs 16-3 Saturday in the final game of their annual Spring Break road trip.
 
The Lady Bison (4-7, 0-5 RMAC) ended the extended trip with a 2-2 record, winning against Keiser and Johnson & Wales. OBU trailed the Mountain Lions (7-5, 2-2 RMAC) early Saturday and UCCS held on for the win.
 
Lauren McCormack scored on a free position shot at the 21:56 mark for her 16
th goal of the season. 
Allison Ingrim added a free position goal late in the half and OBU trailed 11-2 at halftime. 
Taryn Burks added a goal 31 seconds into the second half on an assist from 
Breanna Wichert for the final Lady Bison score.
 
McCormack won three draw controls and picked up two ground balls and 
Katie Kuehn finished with a team-high two caused turnovers. Goalkeeper 
Courtney Barnickle recorded a season-high 16 saves.
 
OBU will return to Oklahoma before hitting the road once again to face Adams State on April 12.
