Lady Bison End Season in Florida

KISSIMMEE, Fla. – Oklahoma Baptist women's soccer fell 1-0 to Colorado Christian in the NCCAA National Championship at the Austin-Tindall Soccer Complex Saturday afternoon.
 
The Lady Bison wrap up the season with a 15-6-1 record, matching the 2014 season for the best record in program history.
 
Sarah Feller scored the match winner for the Cougars (13-8-3) in the 20th minute, claiming the first NCCAA title for Colorado Christian.
 
OBU attempted 16 shots for the match while limiting CCU to eight shots for the match.
Reagan Mann paced the Lady Bison with five shots, including three on target. Kerregan Edwards and Ruth King added three shots each. Emma Beck recorded six saves in the loss.
 
Beck, Emmily Infante, and Mann were named to the All-Tournament Team following the match.
 
Six Lady Bison played their final match in an OBU uniform, including seniors Emma Beck, Markella Suka, Kenzi Bice, Kierra Mattingly, Brenda Barnett, and junior Kayla Kendall, who is scheduled to graduate in May.
