KISSIMMEE, Fla. – Oklahoma Baptist women's soccer claimed the top spot in Pool "C" at the NCCAA National Championship with a 1-0 win over Trinity Christian Wednesday night.

The Lady Bison (14-5-1) advance to the NCCAA semifinals with their second straight victory in the national tournament.

Ruth King scored the lone goal of the match in just the fifth minute, her team-high 11th goal of the season. King took a cross from
Kerregan Edwards in the box and beat the keeper for the match winner.

Emma Beck recorded her second straight shutout, making three saves to preserve the lead.
Reagan Mann took four shots for the Lady Bison and
Kenzi Bice added three shots in the win.

As a team, OBU held the Trolls (11-7-3) to just six shots on the night while attempting 21 themselves. The Lady Bison tested the keeper 12 times in the match.

Oklahoma Baptist will face NAIA opponent Campbellsville (Ky.) on Friday afternoon at 1 p.m. in the semifinal match.
