Hoover Earns GAC Honor

SHAWNEE – The Great American Conference on Wednesday named Oklahoma Baptist senior Abby Hoover its Women's Runner of the Week.
 
Hoover placed seventh overall in the non-Division I race with a time of 17:20.3 to help the Lady Bison to a school-best average time of 17:46.30 and a second-place finish at the University of Arkansas Chile Pepper Festival.
 
It is Hoover's second Runner of the Week award from the GAC this season and the third of her career.
